The location of the project site, so we can check the local wind and solar resources from internet;

• What is the road width and distance between each street light?
• What is the LED light capacity? How many hours the lights shall be on per day? and if half power function is acceptable.(for example, 8 hours lighting hours per day, the first 4 hours works on full power, while the last 4 hours works on half power.)
